Our power supply controllers are
typically used for optimised operation of effusions cells, gas sources,
heating stages and heatable windows. Designed for very precise
temperature control they are available for both direct (DC) and
alternating current (AC). Different types of Eurotherm PID controllers
allow a large variety of applications. In addition a security circuit
guarantees maximum safety for the MBE system. Computer control is
possible via RS 232, RS 422/485 or TCP/IP interfaces.
Single output control unit CU-S
Features:
- With one controlled output available as DC or AC version.
- Controlled by a precision Eurotherm PID controller.
- Two meters, with background illumination, show voltage and current of the load circuit.
- Output limitation to adjust the maximum power of the load circuit manually.
- The power cord to the heater is bakeable up to 200°C.
Dual output control Unit CU-D
Features:
- With two controlled outputs both available either as DC or AC version.
- Controlled by two Eurotherm precision PID controllers.
- Two meters, with background illumination, show voltage and current of each load circuit (switchable).
- Output limitation to adjust the maximum power of each load circuit manually.
- The power cords to the heater is bakeable up to 200°C.

- Heating of effusion cells with one filament (CU-S)
- Heating of effusion cells, preferably double filament cells (CU-D)
