Near-Ambient Temperature Cell (NATC) Print E-mail
Effusion Cells

Product description:

The near ambient temperature effusion cell NATC has a unique design to evaporate organic materials in the temperature range between -50° C and 300° C. The precise temperature regulation of the bath thermostate (± 0.01° C) allows very accurate beam flux control. The fuzzy logic control loop ensures that the actual temperature does not rise above the set point, which is essential for organic materials e.g.
