Universal SPM scanning head. For basic AFM modes in liquid. Scanner with capacitive sensors: 50x50x5um (+/-10%). Cantilever tracking system, tip-to-sample manual approach system. Replaceable cantilever holders for operation in air and liquid. Extended frequency band range of cantilever registration up to 5MHz.
