The NTEGRA platform concept includes unified software, unified controller, unified set of measuring techniques, but above all - unified hardware set of parts, functional assemblies and measuring heads. It allows enhancing the functional capabilities of the NTEGRA family SPM systems to the level answering the needs of the specific customer.

Unique performance capabilities of the NTEGRA family SPM systems are due to the original constructional feature that lies at the heart of the design. Instead of the common used unitary base our SPM systems include the base units and exchangeable mounts. Nowadays two base units (vacuum and universal with possibility of the setting on the inverted microscope) and six exchangeable mounts are designed: universal, vacuum, for large samples and three optical, including two ones with possibilities of scanning (XY and XYZ).

It allows carrying out practically the all SPM measuring techniques thanks to wide variety of the functional assemblies, measuring heads, scanners, thermostages, liquid cells etc. The modern ultramicrotome and Raman spectrometer including in this hardware set transform the NTEGRA SPM based measuring systems to valuable nanolaboratories.
