Probe NanoLaboratory (PNL) is a new class of analytical instrumentation
being the natural result of the AFM transition to a versatile measuring
complex used for a wide range of applications in the nanotechnology
field. The PNL opens a new era of scanning probe instrumentation. PNL
links a top of the range SPM to: perfect optics complex spectral
analysis multiple biological techniques combinatorial material research.
The Probe NanoLaboratory (PNL) NTEGRA is a newest generation of research SPM systems with nanometer resolution - Spectra, Vita, Maximus, Tomo, Therma, Aura, Prima, Solaris. Each
of them has unique set of parameters optimized to carry out probe
measurements in some special areas. At the same time specialized SPM
system can be used as the core to form multifunctional nanolaboratory.
It is possible thanks to the fact that SPM was developed in accordance
with the conception of unified NTEGRA platform.
Currently, NT-MDT offers eight different SPM based systems assembled on the NTEGRA platform.
They are dedicated to all main applications and correspond to newest
trends in probe microscopy. Each of these systems has its own
specialization and is a superior instrument in its field.

is a superb combination of AFM, SNOM, Confocal Laser microscope and
Raman Spectroscope. In this system SPM and optical
